Rob Plitko, Jr., P.E. is a principal at Three Chord. Mr. Plitko graduated from the University of Delaware in 1999 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and has over 19 years of experience in civil and environmental consulting engineering. Mr. Plitko is a licensed professional engineer in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. His extensive experience includes topographic surveying, hydrographic surveying, grading and site design, storm water design, sediment and erosion control, flood studies and other professional engineering services in support of land development and waterway management projects.
Jeremy Kalmbacher, P.E. is also a principal at Three Chord. Mr. Kalmbacher graduated from the University of Delaware in 1999 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and has over 19 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. Mr. Kalmbacher is a licensed engineer in Delaware, Maryland, DC, New Jersey, Florida, and Arizona. His area of practice has predominantly been in the water/wastewater utility and renewable energy sectors providing long-term capital planning, project financial analysis, engineering, and construction management of water, wastewater, and renewable energy infrastructure for regulated utilities, municipalities, and private developers.
